Hey, I’m Archana.

I’m a leadership transitions coach. Just like my flagship program, Own Your Voice, my work is about waking people up to their own brilliance — especially at moments when how they lead needs to evolve.

A significant part of my work is with mid-career leaders navigating their next role — where experience is no longer the challenge, but clarity, influence, and inner authority are.

Whoever they are and whatever goal they bring, my approach remains the same.

No “advising” and definitely no “consulting”.

My work is anchored in well-placed questions, alongside neat execution frameworks to ensure Impact and Value stick.

I offer two ways of working: 1:1 coaching and cohort based group coaching. Both focus on helping you understand your patterns, reconnect with clarity, and make aligned decisions. Group coaching can stand on its own, and for some people, it
later complements 1:1 work though neither is a prerequisite for the other

This work is for mid-career professionals, leaders, and founders who appear to be doing fine externally, but feel internally stuck, overwhelmed, or misaligned. Many people come in carrying responsibility, decision fatigue, or a quiet sense that something feels off.

This work doesn’t rush you into solutions or action plans. It focuses on understanding why certain patterns repeat, so clarity can emerge before decisions are made. The process is structured, but it respects your inner pace.

No. You don’t need a clearly defined problem. Many people begin because of low energy, confusion, emotional heaviness, or constant chasing. As the work progresses, direction becomes clearer.

It’s a blend. The framework provides structure, but the depth comes from your lived experiences. You decide the pace and how much you share. Nothing is forced.

Yes. Many clients are thoughtful and private. The space is confidential and grounded, and you’re never pushed into expression. The work meets you where you are and gently challenges patterns over time.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to a private coaching space that supports reflection, integration, and continuity. This ensures the work doesn’t pause between conversations and insights have the space to settle, evolve, and translate into real change.

You may not feel fully “ready” in terms of time or budget. Choosing coaching often comes down to two things: whether you feel worthy of the investment, and whether you’re willing to invest in the version of yourself you keep returning to in your thoughts. The clarity call is a space to explore this honestly.
